Woohoo! Halloween weekend is coming! And you can certainly make it as Halloweeney (yeah it's a word) as you want to! There is an event happening every day of the weekend! You have the Halloween Fall Festival at UTMB on Friday night, Mini Monster Bash at Saengerfest Park and Seawolf Park Halloween Party on Saturday, and Ghostly Gardens at Moody Gardens and The Great Pumpkin Festival at the Pumpkin Patch on Sunday! *In the spirit of the season, Hotel Galvez & Spa offers its popular ghost tour to the public as part of a dinner tour package on Tuesdays through Fridays in October. The tour and dinner is only available on Fridays as part of an overnight package. During the tour, staff guides participants through the ghostly past of the hotel which is then followed by dinner in the Galvez Bar & Grill. Priced at $45 per person, the one-hour public ghost tour is only available as part of the dinner-tour package. Advance reservations are required. Watch the pelicans soar over Offatts Bayou as you head into the Intercostal Waterway and pass under the Galveston Causeway Bridge. Be awed at the marine cargo vessels maneuvering in the Galveston and Houston Ship Channels. Dolphins surfacing are always exciting! Departing from and returning to the Sea Scout Base Galveston.
