*Meet in front of main building under stairs, walk to Festival Lights entrance and 1st playground, to little boat marina behind Palm Beach, to paddle boat and 2nd playground, to Butterfly Garden, to Macaw birds, and then walk inside to use restroom or refreshments. Turtle Island Restoration Network
So Delicious Ice Cream Social 11am-2pm
*Join Turtle Island for an “ice cream social” hosted by their long-time friends at So Delicious in front of their office! Enjoy delicious dairy free treats with the community, check out the fun photo booth, and learn more about Turtle Island’s work in the Gulf of Mexico. So Delicious will be serving coconut milk and almond milk ice cream novelties as well as cashew milk ice cream scoops, and sharing chocolate coconut milk boxes, too! Ice Cream Social

*Get a fresh start to the day and set sail on the Galveston Sea Scout Base's schooner boat during "Schooner Sundays." The massive sailing beauty leaves Offats Bayou just after noon each Sunday and sails out to destinations beyond Galveston causeway. *Looking for something FUN? Hop aboard the M/V Baysmart Express for a 3 hour informative and scenic tour! Watch the pelicans soar over Offatts Bayou as you head into the Intercostal Waterway and pass under the Galveston Causeway Bridge. Be awed at the marine cargo vessels maneuvering in the Galveston and Houston Ship Channels. Dolphins surfacing are always exciting! Departing from and returning to the Sea Scout Base Galveston.
