Weekly Events & Activities Nov 30th-Nov 5th
Hope everyone had a great weekend and got out to enjoy some of the fun Halloween events on the island! Halloween is on Tuesday and you can take the kids trick or treating through your neighborhood, at Menard House from 5-7 or through the resident halls at TAMUG Fall Fest from 6-8pm! Babytime and Storytime start back up at Rosenberg Library on Wednesday. On Friday, Sugar Bean Coffee Shop is turning 10 and will have a celebration going on throughout the day. Great place to take the kids for a smoothie! The weekend is actually pretty quiet with kids activities, mostly because the biker rally is in town. Home Depot Kids Workshop is Saturday morning and Galveston Island State Park still has some hikes scheduled that would be great to get away from all the busyness the rally brings! Sea Star Base Galveston

Watch the pelicans soar over Offatts Bayou as you head into the Intercostal Waterway and pass under the Galveston Causeway Bridge. Be awed at the marine cargo vessels maneuvering in the Galveston and Houston Ship Channels. Dolphins surfacing are always exciting! Departing from and returning to the Sea Scout Base Galveston.
